Chelsea Floyd

 

Chelsea Floyd joined the team at KSWO-TV in November 2016 as a multimedia journalist and reporter. She has nearly two years of experience covering a variety of news in the Southwest Oklahoma market. Chelsea is a graduate of Howard University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.

 

Chelsea has a passion for broadcasting. She covered Former First Lady Michelle Obama student workshop: "The Musical Legacy of Ray Charles" at the White House. She enjoys the art of engaging in meaningful conversation—“Getting to know people.” Her talent in promoting purposeful dialogue with groups and individuals confirms her choice of becoming a reporter. Chelsea is committed to seeking out opportunities, gaining experience and creating long-lasting relationships.
